  • Agreement Terms
    1. This agreement continues monthly until cancelled by either party. To cancel this agreement, thirty (30) days written notice must be given from the FIRST day of the month. All cancellation requests must be submitted directly to Diamond Parking Service’s corporate office. Monthly fees are not pro-rated for cancellation. No allowance is made for vacations or other periods when your vehicle is not in the garage.
    2. Credit card payments will be charged on the first day of each month. Check payments are due in Diamond Parking Service’s corporate office by the 1st of each month. Payments not received by the 5th of each month will be charged a $25 late fee and will result in access card deactivations. Accounts more than 45 days past due will be forwarded to a licensed and bonded collection agency.

    4. Rate does not include $20.00 non-refundable access card fee. There will be a $20.00 replacement fee for lost, stolen, or negligently damaged cards.
    5. I understand that the property owner and its parking operator, Diamond Parking Service, assumes no liability or responsibility for damage to or loss of vehicle, its contents or accessories from any cause whatsoever. Please read the regulations on the reverse, sign and date below, and sign on reverse.
    KOMO Plaza Parking Rules and Regulations
    1. The monthly parking period runs from the first day of the current month to the first of the next month.
    2. Monthly payment for parking is due one (1) month in advance and must be paid no later than the 5th day of each month due. Failure to do so will automatically cancel this agreement and the customer will be charged the prevailing daily rate. No deductions or allowances from monthly rate will be made for days customer does not use the parking facility.
    3. All monthly parking is on a month to month basis. Any continuation of monthly parking from one month to another will be subject to any applicable parking rates and regulations then in effect.
    4. Each garage customer will be issued one access card to be used to operate the parking control equipment within the garage. This allows one vehicle to be parked in the garage at a time.
    5. Daily rates will prevail if the access card is not used. Monthly parkers entering the garage by taking a ticket will be charged the daily rate. If your access card does not work, please contact the Diamond Parking Service employee on duty for assistance.
    6. No car repairs or vehicle equipment installations will be permitted on the premises at any time.
    7. Attended Hours of Operation: AS POSTED.
    8. It is unlawful to use a vehicle theft alarm system which does not automatically silence within five minutes. Violators are subject to tow. S.M.C. 11.84.345.
    9. Monthly parking privileges are non-transferable. Access card entitles holder to occupy one parking stall only. Monthly parkers must notify International Parking Management of change of vehicles or license plates.
    10. A $20.00 charge will be imposed for the loss and/or negligent damage of the access card.
    11. The use of this garage shall be at parker's risk. Owner and manager shall not be responsible for personal injuries, damages, or for theft of automobiles or contents therein while entering, exiting or parked in this garage. We also cannot be responsible for non-standard equipment such as special wheels, cellular phones, antennas or stereos.
    12. Monthly parkers with a need to leave a vehicle in the garage for more than seven (7) consecutive days, must notify Plaza Security in advance. Violators will be subject to loss of parking privileges, or vehicle tow.
    13. All directional and parking signs found in or around the garage (such as "handicapped," etc.) must be obeyed. Violators will be subject to loss of parking privileges, or vehicle tow.
    14. The garage speed limit is five (5) miles per hour. Violators will be subject to loss of parking privileges.
    15. Garage customer, driver, and/or owner of any motor vehicle shall repair or cause to be repaired, at his/her expense, any and all damages to the parking garage or any part thereof caused by his/her negligence or misconduct.
    16. Garage customer may not throw litter onto the garage, nor shall he/she commit any nuisance or any other act that may disturb the quiet enjoyment of other parkers of this facility.
    17. Motorcycles and bicycles shall be parked in designated areas only.
    18. Garage managers or attendants are not authorized to make or allow any exceptions to these rules and regulations.
    19. All claims must be reported to the management staff on the day of the incident, before claimant leaves the premises.
    20. This agreement may be canceled by the customer upon issuance of thirty (30) days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate or change the terms of this agreement at any time, though we will endeavor to give you at least thirty (30) days prior written notice except in the case of (i) circumstance beyond our control, or (ii) your violation of applicable garage rules and regulations.

The KOMO Plaza parking garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is conveniently located near Seattle Center, Space Needle, Key Arena, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Seattle Center Armory, Pacific Science Center, Museum of Popular Culture, and nearby hotels such as the Hyatt, Best Western, and Holiday Inn. KOMO Plaza has a multi-day event parking option to which customers can prepay for multiple days at the kiosk by the garage elevator. KOMO Plaza also occasionally offers prepaid advanced parking reservations through Parking Panda.
