Tony Lin

Tony Lin

Tony Lin is a director who oversees the strategic positioning, follow-on investment and overall business performance of One Wilshire on behalf of GI Partners and its investors. Tony was formerly with MacFarlane Partners in San Francisco, where he managed a $3 billion portfolio of infill redevelopment assets in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, he worked for AMB Property Corporation in San Francisco, where he managed the company's Bay Area portfolio and started AMB's Value Added Conversion platform. Early in his career, Tony worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York. Tony earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College and Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
David Waller

David Waller

David Waller oversees the strategic positioning, follow-on investment and overall business performance of One Wilshire on behalf of GI Partners and its investors.  Formerly with The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC, David worked on funds investing in real estate throughout the United States and Western Europe. Earlier in his career, he worked with Riverstone Holdings, a New York based private equity firm focused on investments in the global energy industry. David earned his Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as Bachelor of Business Administration with Distinction from The University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Ted Campbell

Ted Campbell

Ted Campbell is the Senior Manager responsible for the oversight of all property management functions from lease administration and tenant improvements to contract services and financial reporting. Mr. Campbell also has supervisory responsibility for an additional 1.2 million square feet of third party managed properties. Mr. Campbell has provided asset and property management services for brand new properties and those requiring repositioning. In his 16+ years with the firm, he has managed over 8 million square feet of commercial office properties on behalf of Hines, funds and investors, and as a third party facility manager.
Philip Dudley

Philip Dudley

Philip Dudley is the Property Manager for KOMO Plaza responsible for all day-to-day operations. He is responsible for administration of service contracts, budget planning and reporting, capital planning and execution and tenant relations. Before joining the KOMO Plaza team in 2016, Philip was involved in management of two commercial office towers in Seattle’s Central Business District totalling over 1.6M square feet. Previously, Philip was a U.S. Army Captain and continues to serve in the Washington National Guard. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Cedarville University.

Engineering/Operations

Jeff Pace

Jeff Pace

Jeff Pace is the Engineering Manager for KOMO Plaza and is responsible for Data Center and Office Building operations and the 24/7 Engineering team. Jeff oversees the Maintenance and Operations of Building and Data Center Critical infrastructure, including all aspects of Electrical, Mechanical, DDC, and Energy Management for Data Center, Retail, and Office tenants. Before joining the KOMO Plaza team in December 2011, Jeff was involved with several other Hines buildings in Downtown Seattle, as well as startup and commissioning of Hines Expedia Tower in Bellevue. Jeff has over 20 years engineering experience in over 3.5 million square feet of Class-A Office and Data Center buildings in the Seattle area, and is a licensed Electrician. Jeff is a former helicopter flight instructor and commercial helicopter pilot. Jeff also serves on the Board of Directors for a local marina, and is Past Commodore for the Rainier Yacht Club.

Alexander C. Smith

Alexander C. Smith

Alexander C. Smith is Executive Vice President of Cushman & Wakefield and is a national executive representative for One Wilshire. Alex works closely with mission critical clients on site selection, advisory and transactional work. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2000 and was immediately drawn into work servicing the telecommunications boom by representing tenants in the acquisition of mission critical data centers and telecom facilities. In 2011 and 2013 Alex was the top producing broker in Chicago and the Midwest for Cushman & Wakefield, including ranking 11th in the entire company. Alex earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Iowa.
